American actor, Matt Bomer in an interview with Men’s Fitness magazine admits to being crazy about the Mother Monster herself, Lady Gaga.

Bomer, who covers the January/February 2016 issue of Men’s Fitness magazine dishes it all out as he talks about a wide range of topics from his experience with guns as a child and his health and fitness, as well as revealing that he too, like many other ‘mini-monsters’ worldwide, is gaga for pop-star, Lady Gaga.

The actor who is widely known for his performance as Bryce Larkin in the Television series, Chuck, spoke to Men’s Fitness about meeting Gaga on the set of American Horror Story: Hotelwhere he plays the role of a recovered junkie reborn as a vampire who gets acquainted with a 115 year-old vampire known as the Countess, played by Gaga, whose character becomes his love interest in the story.

He further revealed that the on screen connection got carried off screen as the actor couldn’t help gushing about the Mother Monster.

However, we believe the awe is more of in admiration of the pop star than a romantic gesture as Gaga is set to marry actor Taylor Kinney after the pair got engaged early last year, while Bomer himself has been married to partner, Simon Hall since 2011 and the pair have three children together.

But that didn’t stop Bomer from gushing about meeting the singer.

"My favorite thing about working with Lady Gaga is really just the sheer level of creativity she brings to the table. And she's really one of the most intelligent people I've ever known. Her intelligence is equaled by her heart," he said.

Adding that his most game-changing advice was one he received from Lady Gaga herself.

"She said a lot of creating a name and a place for yourself in this business is just having the heart to staying in the game. A lot of it is learning how to get up and dust yourself off and stand up against adversity or whoever may be an obstacle for you and having the heart to stay open as an artist and creative as an artist."

The January/February 2016 issue of Men’s Fitness is out now.

Ekiti Samsung Engineering Academy Coming soon

The Samsung Electronics Engineering Academy being built in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital will be opened before the end of the year,  Managing Director, Samsung Electronics West Africa, Bravo Kim, has said.

He said the institution would achieve its target of training 10,000 electronics engineers in Africa.

Kim, who spoke on the sideline at the graduation of the first set of students from the Lagos academy, said work was ongoing by the state government, assuring that before the year ends, the project would be completed.

He said: “At Samsung, we are determined to create a large pool of skilled electronics engineers. The target is that we train 10,000 across the whole of Africa by next year and we are committed to achieving this target.

“We have centres in Kenya, South Africa. We are going to open another centre in Ekiti before the end of this year. The government has done the ground breaking ceremony of the project and they are working to get it running.”

The Samsung Electronics Engineering Academy provides hands-on, vocational skills training for Grade 10-12 students, opening up skilled, well-paying job opportunities for its students; differentiates Samsung’s quality of service to its customers as we build a workforce of technicians and exclusive service experts in line with the government’s drive of creating decent jobs, especially for young citizens.

Students undergo a year’s programme, which comprise basic, intermediate and advanced engineering skills, aligned to their set curriculum at a corresponding technical school.

Upon completion of the programme, students earn themselves an opportunity for an internship at Samsung or Samsung’s Channel Partners. Outstanding performers  participate in a year’s  Learnership opportunity at the firm’s headquarters in South Korea as part of the 100 African young leaders programme.
